High degree of integration. The antenna array, TR module, wave control module, power supply module and sum-difference network are integrated. Surface mount technology, the antenna and TR channel are integrated on the same PCB, reducing system cost and improving reliability. The entire component is integrated with high-density and reliability packaging technology, and can work normally under overload conditions. External communication adopts SPI protocol for instruction transmission and data transmission, equipped with wave control buffer, preset wave control code in advance, and adopts global signal loading control to reduce beam conversion time.
